Black halter cocktail dress – do I wear black pantyhose or nude/tan panty hose??
I am white if that makes a difference? I also have shiny patent leather heels to go with the dress – is that a bad choice?
I have to disagree with everyone else 
Especially during the Holidays; I would suggest black pantyhose for sure. No bare legs in the Fall/Winter egads! You could also wear a pretty shiny necklace/pendant up top. The shoes sound fab btw!
